To make sure that our customers are served well and on time, we have employed one of the best courier services that endeavors to make all deliveries happen quickly and correctly. However, there are a few things that you, as our valued customer, need to know about our Shipping Policy:
We Free ship all over India. We Charge 50Rs extra for each cash on delivery orders.
PROCESSING TIME FOR DELIVERY:
All our prepaid orders are shipped within 3 business days. For COD orders, our Customer Service team will call you first to confirm the order amount and rectify any issues with the address, and the COD order shall be dispatched within 2 business days after order confirmation.
CANCELLATION:
To cancel an order, please send us a written request (email: info@joans.in) within 1 day of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation requests will be entertained. We also reserve the right to cancel any order.
